Fernan Frame & Frames

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all photography and videography services provided by Fernan Frame & Frames.

2. Booking & Reservation

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
  • Dates are only confirmed once payment and agreement are completed.
  • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payments

  • Full payment or agreed installment must be settled before or on the event date unless otherwise stated.
  • Final outputs will only be released once full payment is completed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation of booking forfeits the reservation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 7–14 days before the event.
  • Emergency reschedules will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Coverage Limitations

  • Coverage hours are based on the agreed package.
  • Additional hours may incur extra charges.
  • Only agreed events, locations, and subjects will be covered.

6. Delivery of Outputs

  • Edited photos/videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline (usually 2–6 weeks depending on workload).
  • Delivery is via online link, USB, or agreed platform.
  • Rush editing may be available with additional fees.

7. Creative Style & Editing

  • The client acknowledges that Fernan Frame & Frames has full creative discretion in shooting and editing style.
  • Final outputs are based on our artistic interpretation and professional judgment.

8. Client Cooperation

  • Clients must ensure cooperation during shoots for smooth workflow.
  • Delays caused by client or guests may affect coverage time.

9. Copyright & Usage

  • Fernan Frame & Frames retains copyright over all raw and edited materials.
  • We may use selected photos/videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive personal usage rights for shared deliverables.

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, accidents, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
  • In case of equipment failure or emergency, reasonable effort will be made to provide alternatives.

11. Acceptance

By booking our services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
